Shipping Policy

Pro Series CNC routers are large, heavy machines shipped by freight carrier. Here is how packaging, freight, and delivery work on every order.

Packaging

Every machine is placed on a structurally sound skid, wrapped in protective plastic, and enclosed in a wooden crate for transit. Crating is included in the machine price — you will not be charged a separate crating or handling fee.

Freight cost

The price shown on each product is the machine price; freight is quoted separately because it depends on your delivery destination. After you place your order, your account representative calculates freight for your address and confirms it with you before your invoice is finalized.

Lead times

Production and ship dates vary by model and current production schedule. Your account representative will confirm the expected timeline with you directly after your order is placed.

Delivery

Machines ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight deliveries of equipment this size typically require a way to unload the crate at the delivery address, such as a loading dock or forklift — if you have questions about what your delivery will require, contact us before placing your order so we can help you plan for it.

As with any freight delivery, inspect your shipment when it arrives and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Damage in transit

If your shipment arrives damaged, document the damage with photos, note it on the delivery receipt, and contact us so we can help you work with the carrier on a claim.
