Return & Refund Policy

Purchases made through a dealer or third-party retailer must be returned to that same retailer in accordance with their return policy.

CNC router parts and accessories purchased directly through Industrial CNC may be returned within 10 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Parts must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and must contain our Return Authorization number (RA#). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

To initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) for parts and accessories, or for questions pertaining to equipment returns or other purchase policies, please contact us at support@industrialcnc.com or call 1-888.398.9285.

This return policy does not apply to any parts or accessories which have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, or neglect (including but not limited to maintenance, accident, improper installation, or modification).

Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of the returned parts or accessories. Refunds are issued via commercial check.
